Cory owns and operates 4 Flock Rotisserie + Greens locations across Toronto with expansion plans in the works. The eatery offers delicious food that's "pretty good for you" as a speedy take-out option or a casual dine-in spot.

He has appeared on Food Network Canada’s “Chef in Your Eat” and in 2009 was voted by Enroute Magazine as the best new chef in Toronto.

Cory lead the team at his award-winning Harbord Room for 10 years. Toronto Life named their burger the best in the city. Condé Nast magazine named the restaurant one of its best world-wide hot-spots in 2010 and Enroute called it one of the best new restaurants in Canada!

He's a graduate of Stratford Chefs School and did his apprenticeship at Scaramouche (Toronto) and Cecconi’s (Melbourne).
