Together serving Italian-inspired cuisine made with fresh, garden-grown ingredients, Fabio and Michael are the owners and managers of Toronto’s Local Kitchen restaurant.

Trained by Michelin-accredited chef Mario Citadini at Umbria, Italy’s Il Postale restaurant, Fabio brings his expertise in meat curation and home-based pasta making to the back of house as Michael specializes in front of house management, wine selection and taking care of Local Kitchen’s chemical-free ingredient garden, grown in King, Ontario.

Found in the community of Parkdale, Local Kitchen has been awarded multiple listings and accolades including, but not limited to, Canada’s Top 10 Best New Restaurants (EnRoute Magazine) and Toronto’s Best New Restaurants (Toronto Life, The Globe and Mail).
