PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
Raised in a restaurant family, David has worked in the restaurant and catering industry for over 25 years. David has extensive hands-on experience in both the front and back of the house and has experience managing organizations up to 100 people. His passion for listening to and understanding clients is the backbone of 10tation’s great customer service.
VP SALES & MARKETING
Don is always available to offer assistance where needed. Don is a seasoned catering & events professional with over 30 years experience in sales, planning, marketing and Hospitality. A business owner turned Professor, Don has recently returned to the field to create events & awareness for large corporate brands, express themes and integrate content in a variety of mediums. He is a detail -oriented and extremely service oriented individual who can multi task in fast, ever-changing environments while remaining focused on client needs to build lasting relationships
Anthony Gallow, CPA, CA. He's the man with the plan, and the money, which makes him a very popular guy around here. If you want to see organization at its best, drop into his impeccable office and marvel at his ability to manage us all and keep so neat and tidy.

He makes all of our culinary dreams come true. David has been in the industry for 25 years working in a variety of neighbourhood restaurants in Toronto. A graduate from the Culinary Arts program at George Brown College, he has trained with some of Toronto’s finest chefs. He loves the complexity of a catering event large or small and has been on the catering scene since the early nineties. When David isn’t calling the shots in the kitchen you’ll find him relaxing at his cottage and listening to his fabulous vinyl collection.

Mohamed Alaoui Sosse
Born in Morocco, Mohamed grew up surrounded by an exhilarating and wonderful world of cooking where Arab, Berber, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, and Classical French cuisines blend to tease your senses and make you feel like royalty. After graduating from the French Culinary Institute at the age of 18, Mohamed worked at the Sheraton and Hilton hotels in Fes and Marrakesh and he later joined the culinary team at the iconic Ontario Club in Toronto as Sous Chef. In his free time, Mohamed enjoys tennis, squash, listening to music, and travelling.

Frank takes the time to understand each of his clients’ needs and gets them excited about their events.
His roster includes an extensive list of weddings and corporate galas but he’s also got a knack for planning spectacular corporate events. Frank brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in event planning, as he has been in the industry for over 15 years and has been featured in several high-profile wedding magazines.

Jennie has been part of our team for seven years, but her passion for events and the service industry spans over 20 years. Her journey has taken her from restaurants and world famous hotels to throwing events for clients like iHeart Radio Music Awards, CTV Upfront, TIFF and many more.

Julie’s passion in events and the service industry has been ongoing for the past 10 year. She manages all styles of events from intimate affairs to large scale galas. Maintaining relationships with existing clients, and cultivating new relationships is a constant focus for her. She takes pride in all her work, and ensures every detail is considered in order to provide excellent customer relations, quality and consistency always.
For ten years, Paul has been our master of logistics and “go to guy” for virtually anything. His job is to make all of our promises a reality, and get all of our fancy foods from our door to yours. Toronto born but raised in Great Britain, he has a keen eye for streamlining systems and improving efficiencies.
