The 10tation Rewards Program enables you to earn rewards points, discounts and free products by making purchases (through 10tation event catering Inc. OR 10tation.com), referring your friends and engaging with 10tation event catering Inc. on your social channels.

All 10tation event catering Inc. customers are welcome to enroll in the 10tation Rewards Program
Does it cost anything to join the 10tation Rewards Program? OR Become a member?
There is no cost to enroll in the program.

How can I earn 10tation Rewards Points?
There are so many ways to earn 10tation Rewards Points. For every dollar you spend, you will earn 10 10tation Rewards Points. 10tation Rewards Points are accumulated and can be redeemed for various 10tation Rewards.

What are the Membership Levels/VIP tiers? (TBC – Additional $)

How long will it take for my points to appear in my account?
You will see all of your current and new points in your Rewards Account once a purchase has been completed.
If you cancel your order, your points will be reset to 0 points earned and 0 points redeemed for cancelled transaction.
You will receive your 10tation Rewards Points for referring friends once the referred friends first purchase has been completed. If the referred friend cancels their purchase, you will not be credited with your Referral Rewards Points.
Do my 10tation Rewards Points expire?
All 10tation Rewards Points are valid for one (1) calendar year or twelve (12) months from date of purchase.
Can I transfer 10tation Rewards Points from one 10tation Rewards Account to another?
Points are non-transferable.
